Careers at Wipro
The WASE program was initiated in the year 1995 and has grown exponentially year on year.
From around 25 students inducted in the 1st batch, Wipro inducted over 1600 students into the program in 2008. The graduates of this program have gone on to have successful careers not just within Wipro but in other IT companies as well.
The WASE program has also won many awards and accolades, such as the Corporate University Exchange award for Excellence and Innovation in Corporate Learning and The Corporate University Best-in-Class Awards CUBICTM, where WASE was ranked 2nd globally among the most mature corporate universities. It continues to be the career option of choice for many non engineering graduates who aspire for a successful career in the burgeoning IT industry.
