Health Tips : Cherry juice can handle pain
Experts claimed that, a glass of unsweetened cherry juice can work like common non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, and it can take the pain out of a heavy workout.
In a study, Oregon Health and Science University researchers found that runners who drank the juice (cherry), before training for a long-distance relay had 23 per cent less pain level when compared to those who had artificial fruit drink.

Google has launched on 14 march a new way to use Google Talk. The Google Talk Gadget is a web-based module that you can add to your Google Personalized Homepage, letting you see your friends and chat with them — all on your homepage.
