Tips to recover scratched CD’s/DVD’s

Have you ever tried recovering your CD’s,  Dvd’s after getting scratched it or throwing it out to get a new one. Well for those who try to recover it,,, here goes the big tip i used to it, whenever it is very important to me the CD/DVD is
1. Spread a cloth on a flat surface and place the CD on it.
